REALTOR Application

Please allow 1-2 business days for staff to review your application. Once approved, you will receive an invoice to start your membership. Membership will activate upon full payment. Invoices must be paid in full within 10 business days of receipt, or your application will be canceled, and you'll need to resubmit.

Secondary and transferring members are required to submit a Letter of Good Standing from their current association along with their application.

Orientation Requirements: New members must complete New Member Orientation within six months of their application date. Secondary and transferring members must attend the "All About BCAAR" portion of the orientation within six months. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the suspension of your membership, including MLS access, as well as additional fees.
