If you are a professional that provides products and services to the real estate industry, we invite you to join the Battle Creek Area Association of REALTORS® (BCAAR) as an Affiliate member. By joining BCAAR you can have the opportunity to connect with hundreds of REALTORS®/Affiliate members, create valuable business relationships, and increase your business exposure.

An Affiliate Membership is for one person (Primary Member) per office location. If your company has multiple locations, each branch will have to join separately.

Additional individuals from the same office location are eligible to join BCAAR at a reduced rate and join as a Secondary Affiliate Member. They must fill out the Secondary Affiliate Member application.

NOTE: Affiliate membership belongs to the entity, not to the individual(s), and the entity shall designate to BCAAR the individual or individuals (if the entity pays for more than one individual) who will be the entity’s Affiliate member(s).

Once completed, the application will be forwarded to the BCAAR Membership Committee and then to the Board of Directors for final approval.

MLS Only Agent $57 Monthly + $500.00 One-Time Fee

MLS Only Lender/Title $300 Annually

Lenders and title agencies may utilize the MLS system for internal use only as a tool for pre-title review and title work. YOU MUST BE AN AFFILIATE MEMBER OR SECONDARY AFFILIATE MEMBER TO UTLIZE THESE SERVICES.

Lockbox Only $15 Monthly

BCAAR Affiliate Members who are: home inspectors, licensed pest control operators, licensed contractors, photographers and staging consultants (as amended from time-to-time per the BCAAR Lockbox Policy) are eligible to use SentriLock services. Additional agreement forms for use of service may be required. YOU MUST BE AN AFFILIATE MEMBER TO USE LOCKBOX SERVICES.

Affiliate Secondary $100 Annually

Professionals that provide products and services to the real estate industry (lenders, inspectors, stagers, contractor, insurance agents, etc.). One person (Primary Member) MUST have already joined the association. Secondary Affiliate membership is suitable for additional individuals from the SAME office.
