Time: 9 AM - 11 AM
Course: Hot Topics in the Michigan Title Landscape Parts (2 hrs legal)
Instructor: Kevin Lounds (Chief Title Officer/Lighthouse Title Group)
Description: Kevin will go over hot issues in the title industry including lady bird/life estate deeds, water/Riparian rights, land contracts, private roads/access, manufactured/mobile homes, tax foreclosure, and more.

REALTOR CE CLASS

Time: 11 AM - 12 PM
Course: Fair Housing (1 hr fair housing)
Instructor: Kevin Lounds (Chief Title Officer/Lighthouse Title Group)
Description: Kevin will review integrity, objectivity, professional competence, confidentiality, and professional behavior as it relates to fair housing in real estate.

Michigan REALTORS must complete 1 hour of Fair Housing training once every year of their licensing cycle, as required by the State.

Time: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
Course: MSHDA‘s Homeownership Programs - Delivering the Dream to Michigan Families (1 hr elective)
Instructor: Eric Dusenbury, MSHDA
Description: Learn about MSHDA mortgage products (MI Home Loan, MI Home Flex, Michigan Down Payment), the Mortgage Credit Certificate (a federal homebuyer tax credit), Homeownership Education services, and the Step Forward Michigan program.

REALTOR & APPRAISER CE CLASS

Time: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Course: Unlocking Value: Real Estate Appraisal Insights (2 hrs elective)
Description: Join a panel of local appraisers and REALTORS® – George Bratcher (Certified General), Beth Graham (Certified Residential), and Robin Morehart (Certified Residential) as they cover a variety of appraisal topics and answer YOUR questions.
