Course: Transactions with Trusts & Estates (2 hrs legal)
Instructor: Kay Kossen (Kreis, Enderle, Hudgins & Borsos P.C)
Description: This course provides a clear, practical overview of real estate transactions involving trusts, estates, and probate. Learn how key estate documents, capacity issues, asset titling, and probate processes affect property sales, along with common title insurance requirements. Designed to help agents confidently navigate transactions involving trusts, estates, and fiduciaries.
