Join us for the 2026 BCAAR Winter Gala, an unforgettable evening dedicated to connection, celebration, and community impact. 100% of the net proceeds from this event support the BCAAR Grant Fund, helping strengthen vital programs throughout Calhoun County.

Indulge in a night featuring:

✨ Gourmet dinner + hors d'oeuvres
✨ Music by Classical Exposure (classical, jazz, Gaelic, showtunes)
✨ Mingling, memories, and meaningful moments
✨ Professional photography station (6–8 PM)
✨ 360 photo booth experience (6–10 PM)

Every attendee receives:

Important Dates

January 31: Early bird pricing & table reservation deadline
February 6: Auction item donations due to the BCAAR office
February 13: Hotel room reservation deadline
February 18: FINAL deadline to purchase gala tickets

Time

6:00 PM – Welcome! Enjoy drinks, hors d'oeuvres, mingling, and our silent auction

6:00–8:00 PM – Professional photography station

6:00–10:00 PM – 360° photo booth open

7:00 PM – Dinner service begins with live music by Classical Exposure (classical, jazz, Gaelic, showtunes)

8:00–10:00 PM – Keep the celebration going with dancing, music, and plenty of mingling!
