BCAAR EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
BCAAR provides reimbursement of up to 50% per certification or designation, with a maximum of $500 per year. Depending on the certification or designation, you could use the full $500 for a single credential, or spread it across multiple certifications. For instance, if you spend $500 on two certifications (totaling $1,000), you'll qualify for the $500 reimbursement. Note that some certifications may also require elective courses, which can increase the overall cost.

To apply for reimbursement, you must submit the certification/designation certificate along with a receipt showing the amount you paid. The reimbursement can cover the cost of the class, as well as any application or designation fees.
