Fair Housing (1 elective): Michigan REALTORS are required by the State to take this ONCE EVERY YEAR.
Michigan Legal Update - 2024 (2 legal): Frequently asked Questions and Answers. This Legal Update includes some of the most problematic legal situations and scenarios that REALTORS find themselves in today as reported by MR, NAR, and other credible sources.
Code of Ethics - Cycle 7 (3 elective): REALTORS are required by NAR to take this ONCE EVERY THREE years. The current cycle ends December 31, 2024. Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership on January 1, 2025, with termination of membership March 1, 2025.
