2024 Continuing Education - Adapting to What's New
NCI's custom-written CE course delivers real-world, agent-centered, and practical information. The following topics are all covered from a Michigan-specific perspective.
Legal Update (2 hrs legal): Agency and the NAR Antitrust Lawsuits (A new imperative)
Fair Housing (1 hr fair housing): Michigan REALTORS are required by the State to take this ONCE EVERY YEAR.
NAR Code of Ethics - Cycle 7 (3 hrs elective): REALTORS are required by NAR to take this ONCE EVERY THREE years. The current cycle ends December 31, 2024. Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership on January 1, 2025, with termination of membership on March 1, 2025.
