Instructions

Please allow 1-2 business days for staff to review your application. Once your application is approved, you will receive an invoice to begin membership. Membership will start when full payment is made.

Secondary and transferring members must submit a Letter of Good Standing from their current association with their application.

ORIENTATION REQUIREMENTS: New members must attend New Member Orientation within six months of the application date. Secondary and transfer members must attend the "All About BCAAR" portion of orientation within six months. Failure to complete orientation requirements will result in the suspension of membership, including MLS access and additional fees.
