Joe Mishak has worked at Aardvark for 20 years, is a partner in the company, and holds Home Inspector licenses in Indiana and Ohio. Joe has licenses and certifications for Radon Testing, Radon Mitigation, Mold Testing, Mold Remediation, 7A and 7B Pest Control, and Lead Base Paint Testing. Joe routinely teaches continuing education classes to Real Estate Agents and Inspectors and has spoken at National Home Inspection conferences. Joe is the proud father of 3 kids Joe, Makenzie, and Aubrey.  Joe has been married to Danielle for 17 years. Joe is a Mishawaka native and has been in Fort Wayne for 15 years.  Joe enjoys spending time at the lake and traveling.
