This two-day course is the first step towards becoming an ABR® designee. You will learn to:

Requirements to Achieve your ABR® Designation: 

• Complete the ABR course
• Complete one elective course 
• Verify five (5) completed buyer representation transactions (no dual agency)
• Submit the completed ABR Designation Application
• Maintain annual dues of $110 (First year free)

Zoom Meeting Requirements:

• A working camera on your device is required.
• Your camera must remain on and clearly show your face throughout the course.
• Attending while driving is not permitted.
• Please maintain the same level of professionalism as you would in an in-person class.
• Full attendance is mandatory to receive credit for the course.
