What Is the AHWD Certification, and Who Is It For?

The course work for the At Home with Diversity® certification is designed to enable you to work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. It will help you to learn diversity sensitivity, how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws in your business, and ways to develop professional guidelines for working with people in the increasingly multicultural real estate market.

  • Some states also give continuing education (CE) credit and GRI credit for this course

Requirements to Achieve your AHWD Certification: 

  • Complete the At Home With Diversity® 1-Day certification course
  • Take the exam
  • Submit an application ($79 one-time fee)

Virtual Meeting Requirements:

  • A working camera on your device is required.
  • Your camera must remain on and clearly show your face throughout the course.
  • Attending while driving is not permitted.
  • Please maintain the same level of professionalism as you would in an in-person class.
  • Full attendance is mandatory to receive credit for the course.
