BCAAR Hybrid CE Class - Legal, Code of Ethics & Fair Housing with Peter Banwell (Real Estate Academy)

Legal Update (2 hrs legal): Agency/ NAR Lawsuits

Fair Housing (1 hr fair housing): Michigan REALTORS are required by the State to take this ONCE EVERY YEAR.

Code of Ethics - Cycle 7 (3 hrs elective): REALTORS are required by NAR to take this ONCE EVERY THREE years. The current cycle ends December 31, 2024. Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership on January 1, 2025, with termination of membership on March 1, 2025.
