Michigan Legal Update - 2024 (2 legal)

Code of Ethics - Cycle 7 (3 elective): REALTORS are required by NAR to take this ONCE EVERY THREE years. The current cycle ends December 31, 2024. Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership on January 1, 2025, with termination of membership March 1, 2025.

Fair Housing (1 elective): Michigan REALTORS are required by the State to take this ONCE EVERY YEAR.
