BCAAR/WCAR Virtual CE Class - Professional Standards Training (3 elective & COE Cycle 8)

Description

Professional Standards training is required for all Board members and volunteers joining the Professional Standards/Grievance Committee and must be completed every 2 years. The class covers the Code of Ethics Cycle 8 requirement, ethical practices, and dispute resolution, ensuring participants uphold high professional standards in real estate.

Credits: 3 Elective & Code of Ethics Cycle 8

Code of Ethics - Cycle 8: REALTORS are required by NAR to take this ONCE EVERY THREE years. The current cycle ends December 31, 2027.

Zoom Meeting Requirements:

• A working camera on your device is required.
• Your camera must remain on and clearly show your face throughout the course.
• Attending while driving is not permitted.
• Please maintain the same level of professionalism as you would in an in-person class.
• Full attendance is mandatory to receive credit for the course.
