New REALTOR Member Orientation

NMO is a two day, mandatory class for all new REALTOR members. You must complete both days of this class within six months of joining BCAAR. If you do not complete NMO within six months, you may be subject to additional fees. You’ll get nine elective CE credits FREE. Both sessions will start at 9 a.m. and will end at approx. 3:30 p.m. (if not before). The class will include sections covering the following topics: Code of Ethics, fair housing, all about BCAAR services, lending, home inspections, title work and forms. If you are a secondary member, you are only required to take one session - All About BCAAR.
